Lab Policies

Mission Statement:

• Our lab exists to make an impact on patients with advanced disease. Our questions are all rooted in clinical problems and designed to address those issues specifically. We believe that the best way to address these questions is through the use of unbiased hypotheses driven by “big data.” As such, the lab is a mixture of computational biology and traditional "bench biology.” 
• We believe that science is best done together. As such, we will support an open and diverse culture in the lab. We value and celebrate diversity. We believe good ideas will come from anywhere and welcome all suggestions on science and lab life.
• We value work/life balance. We believe that time outside of the lab is important to recharge and do our best work
